We are a law firm based in Hamburg (Northern Germany) specialized in assisting foreign, mainly Scandinavian clients with their business activities in Germany and vice versa German clients in Scandinavia. We concentrate on business practice (commercial law, corporate, real estate, tax, litigation).
We would like to offer some information on various subjects regarding the legal situation in Germany and Scandinavia. However most of the information is at present only available in German and Danish (partly in Norwegian) and can be found on the respective German, Danish or Norwegian language pages. Information in English is available on the subjects mentioned left.
